12.8V 100Ah LiFePO4 Lithium Battery – Deep Cycle Energy Storage
Cell introduction:
Each cell has an individual QR code, when scanned, which allows you to find information about the battery cell on the website.
Assembly Method:
The assembly method involves positioning the cells with an aluminum alloy clamp plate, then securing the entire battery cell group with stainless steel bands.
BMS protection board:
This battery uses a protection board with active balancing.
Active balancing works by transferring energy from cells with higher capacity to those with lower capacity, thus balancing the energy distribution within the battery pack, and keep the battery at maximum capacity.

Points to take into account about lithium batteries
Unlike other battery technologies, lithium batteries o LFP require a BMS (Battery Management System) to ensure its correct operation.
What happens if you don't use a BMS? The lithium battery cell would fail and tension on it increases above 4,2V or if it falls below 2,5V.
The cells of the lithium batteries o LFP not self-adjust at the end of the charge cycle. This is because the cells are not completely equal, so at the end of the charge cycle some cells are fully charged or discharged, while others are not. The differences between cells will increase if they are not equalize or balance properly.
In other types of batteries, even if the cells are fully charged, a small amount of current still flows to help charge the rest of the cells. However, in lithium batteries o LFP, the current passing through a fully charged cell is almost null, which causes the cells to become degraded over time mismatch. This imbalance between cells increases over time and can cause irreparable damage, significantly shortening battery life.
The incorporation of a BMS It is essential to avoid overvoltage / undervoltage during the load y download from the battery, thus protecting the lithium battery and prolonging its useful life.
